For test scores deadline, you will need to either call the admissions office directly or visit the school's website.
The Fee Waiver is based on the information you enter under the Personal Information page on the online admissions application. Each year the criteria for eligibility changes therefore, if the Fee Waiver was denied, you will need to contact admissions for further assistance.

The online application validates courses with a C or better grade. If you received a grade lower than a C, the application will not validate the course and will not give you the total amount of terms on the application. You can obtain information on how to add college courses you have taken in High school by accessing the High School Preparation Instructions page from the online application located on the left-hand side of pages 8 & 9.
Once an application has been submitted, changes can no longer be made online. This request will have to go through the admissions office of the school you have applied to. If you have applied to more than one school, you will need to get in contact with each school.
Not all schools may have the automated e-mail confirmation setup for applications submitted. If it has been a few business days and you still have not received an e-mail confirmation, you will need to contact the admissions at that school for further assistance.
We do not have any course or admission requirement information. You will need to contact admissions for further assistance.
For Transfer information, you will need to visit the school's website you are interested in transferring to. We only provide technical support for the online admissions application and do not have any admissions or requirement information.
The error you are getting relates to using a different credit card than what the CSU system Payment process accepts. CSU only accepts Visa or MasterCard payments. If you are using a different card, then you will get an error message such as the one you are getting now.
If you have not received any information from the school you have applied to, you will need to contact their admissions office for further assistance. CSUMentor does not provide admission or application status once the application has been submitted.

If the error message is under the Estimated Family Income, you will need to enter the numbers without special characters. If you enter a comma, period or other character, an error message will display.
If you have more than one application open at a time and make changes to one, the changes will not transfer over to the other applications. It is recommended that you work on one application at a time. Once you are done filling out one application completely, you can open a second application and you will notice the same information listed on that application. The same process follows for all other applications you open after the first completed application. Screen 1 is campus specific therefore, you will need to fill this screen out each time you open up a new application.
